04 / MY MARTIAL ARTS JOURNEY
Hi, I’m Regan. My journey has taken me from my first class in Docklands to representing England and opening my own martial arts schools. I now bring that experience to Loughton Martial Arts.

05 / FOR THE PARENTS
No previous martial arts experience is needed to begin. The aim is to start with the basics and build from there.
They don’t have to arrive feeling confident. Let the instructor know beforehand so their first session can begin with that in mind.
Our planned groups are ages 4–6, ages 7–12 and teens. Select a group in the trial section to see its focus. Final class placement will be confirmed with the instructor.
Comfortable clothes they can move in are a good starting point, along with a water bottle. Uniform and footwear requirements will be confirmed before attending.
Classes take place at Roding Valley High School, Alderton Hill, Loughton, IG10 3JA, and Murray Hall, 106 Borders Lane, Loughton, IG10 3SB. Check the booking calendar for available sessions and confirm the venue in your booking details.
