01 / WHAT IS THE COURSE?

A PLACE
TO BEGIN.

No experience needed.

The 6 Week Beginners Course is an introduction for children who are new to martial arts. It gives them a chance to experience the training, understand the class routine and start developing new skills over six weeks.

The focus is on building foundations: movement, coordination, basic technique and learning to train with others. Children can begin at their own starting point, with guidance from Regan.

It also gives you, as a parent, time to see how your child settles in and whether martial arts is an activity they enjoy.

04 / THEIR FIRST CLASS

GETTING
STARTED.

Comfortable clothes they can move in and a water bottle are a good starting point. Confirm any uniform or footwear requirements with Regan before attending.

If your child is nervous, let Regan know beforehand. They don’t need to arrive knowing the techniques or feeling confident.
